Terrible card services asked to have my account shut down due to loss of card, but instead of closing account its still open and all money was spent in the account. Now how does this happen?? Especially when I called 2 weeks before the direct deposit was susposed to hit the account. Just to ensure that my money would be fine. I had hoped to get a replacement card but there was so many requirements I asked to just close my account. Nothing was done and someone else has my money!!!! Horribile!

I've been using this app for nearly 5 years for my SSI. I like being able to look at my transaction history and balance, but I especially like that I can lock/unlock my card through the app. It also shows pending payments or deposits. It has alert settings, so you can get a call, text or email, that alerts you to low balance, upcoming deposits and more. Also it give you atm locations. I USE WALGREENS ATM every month to make 4 $200 withdrawals, all at the same time, to pay my bills.

I've used this for over 2 yrs now usually with no problems. I always have alerts set up to text me everytime the card is used and for every deposit. The past few months the alerts aren't working. Which DE says it's a glitch in their system. It's been at least 3 or 4 months now and I still have no alerts. I've tried changing them in the app but still nothing. How long does it take to fix this! Ready to go with a regular bank acct.
