Writing on the go is a breeze with the full customization of my docs that the web browser would have. Lag issues with large docs have been fixed. Unfortunately, there is a new bug— Editing something you've previously written will cause missing characters and deletion of entire sentences. Not entirely sure what causes it. Other than that, this app is a dream to use.

It randomly capitalizes words as I am writing mid-sentence. This is the only app it happens on, so it's not an issue with my phone or keyboard. I also wish the scroll bar could be turned off. Since it's on my dominant hand side, I bump it often, which sends me to another part of the document. Otherwise, it's nice to be able to easily access Google Docs on my phone. The formatting options are more robust than I expected for an app, and nothing is lost in converting back to the desktop version.

Not optimized well at all. On any big documents it takes ages to type anything, the lag itself causes typos, it's like the app is trying to remember every page at once instead of, maybe, just the pages you're on. Outline feature is also not implemented well, from my experience. Unlike desktop where you can click and skip to headings, the outline on mobile only appears when you scroll, to just tell you where you're at. Better than nothing, but not nearly as useful.
