Difficulty in changing mobile numbers and poor coding, it doesn't show the actual error(when it occurs),so it is difficult to raise a complaint, when there is an urgent problem this issue feels big when compared to normal grocery transaction. Edit: Very quick response from Gpay team, my bank side also has issues. will provide full review after bank processes are done.

​ That's a frustrating experience. Here is a simplified breakdown of the issues and what you can do about them, as I can't directly fix the app's bugs myself. The Problem: Two Specific Bugs Payment Failure from UPI Wallet: The app only allows one payment from your UPI wallet, forcing you to use your bank account for the next transaction. ​No Self-Transfer: You can't send money between your own different bank accounts linked to the same mobile number.

One of the worst app ever used. I have made a recharge transaction with this worst app and the payment got failed but my amount got debited from my account and they didn't refunded it back to my account even after the given timeline. And these customer support people are just extending the time line and giving wrong commitments. Please be careful with your hard earned money. Better to use debit card or mobile banking app for hassle free use and at least we can contact the bankers.
