I was asleep with pixel buds pro in, woke up and couldn't find them, the "find device" button was nowhere in the app.... Get up, and search to find them manually.... Put the missing one in the case, and then the find device button appears. This was driving me insane, because I used the feature before with no problem, and on Google it says "open app, tap find device" except that option literally no longer exists, if my ear buds are outside of the case.

Was really disappointed as I really wanted these buds. They're some of the best looking and the case is fantastic and the software is spot on when it comes to connecting to the phone etc The product itself though is dire - I went through 3 pairs and they all had the most obnoxious buzzing sound that you could hear through even mid volume music. Would have been forgivable if I had a defective product the once but the fact 3 pairs had the same issue was really disappointing.

Nice buds, comfy, great sound and they look great. Unfortunately there is a huge problem. If I put in the left bud I notice it drains battery very quickly. After about just over an hour my right bud is at 88% and the left was at 53%! And this happens vice versa. **Got a replacement, much better the audio doesn't drop out, but the battery is still a problem, they have to find a fix for that because these don't last 5 hours**
