Ratings and reviews

Cannot rearrange the product items. It says saved changes but it hasn't changed anything yet. I tried to show my item on the top of the list. but it doesn't work. I contact to the Grab service which is located in Thailand (Phuket). Oh, man..their customer service is totally suck. Lazy, not responding, very difficult to communicate if you're a foreigner.

Why restaurant can't give stars for drivers maybe after that they will stop asking money for our customers and come on time or the don't come to pick the order or they come and make you hurry if they need to wait 5 minute they just go and leave order untill other driver will come to pick it It's really horrible organized make option where customer can choose driver with 5stars maybe after that will start work normal and stop begging money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RESTAURANT LOST STARS BECAUSE OF DRIVER!!!

All orders were prepared correctly and delivered with care. It’s disappointing to receive a low rating without any reason, as it impacts our rating unfairly. We welcome feedback and hope customers can share their concerns with us directly. And there were instances where the driver caused the delay. Our order was already ready and not overdue, but the driver arrived late or remained dining after accepting the order. However, the delay was still counted against our store
