About this app

Built to help simplify your work needs, the Workforce Central mobile app (formerly known as Kronos Mobile) provides employees and managers quick, secure access to Workforce Central.

Employees can punch in/out for work, check their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can take care of exceptions as they come up, ensure staffing and schedules are good to go, take action on time off requests, and other and other key needs.

The Workforce Central mobile app also works offline, so don’t worry if you’re not able to connect to data. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

Rarely works, constantly tells me the server cannot be contacted. I lead a busy life and I can't even rely on an app to help me out even a little bit. Not happy that the company I work for can't even use a decent schedule check system either. In the end, you're better off wasting time and gas to go and check your schedule than wasting your time and energy on this app. Developers, get a clue and do something.

The app is okay, but it could really use some updates. I hate having to sign in every time I want to check my schedule or time, so an option for a biometric sensor would be awesome. Also I think the schedule should be presented in a calender form instead of putting the days in a list and leaving out your off days. Lastly, why are Accruals and Time Off Requests separate entities?? They are directly connected. You should be able to see your accrued time when you go to put in a time off request.

Lacks features, and rarely runs properly. I use this application as many do to view my work schedule remotely, and swap shifts with colleagues. The majority of the time when I try to use this app it either loops to the login screen, or throws a server error. When I am successful at logging in, the application lacks a lot of useful features, and is difficult to navigate. It would be useful to have a way to reach out to colleagues, and notifications for upcoming shifts.
