Ratings and reviews

I can't login to the mobile app. I keep getting a message saying that either my username or password are incorrect. I've done everything from changing my password, clearing the cache, restarting the phone, to uninstalling and downloading the app numerous times. It will allow me to login once, then I get error messages. Please help and I will change my rating.

As a service they are fine. The app is terrible. It continually doesn't work well at all, and I've been using paycor for nearly 7 years or so. When it's working it's great! simple and easy to use most of the time, no issues But it never works right for long. Signing in is always a hassle and it's much easier and better to just use the webportal. which you need to do for certain things anyways.

After the recent update, the app doesn't display things it used to, such as in scheduling. The team tab is no longer available to see who I'm working with for the day/week. The PayActive wallet has never worked. Half of the items we are supposed to be available to us aren't available at all! UPDATE: App is getting worse! Now I can't even log in! Everytime there is an update, the app gets worse. Come on people, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
