UPDATE: App is completely unusable. I placed an order last week but this week I can't get past a location screen that says services aren't available in my area even though my store participates I had to press to add an item multiple times. Items that were added disappeared from my cart. I can no longer view shopping in progress on the app or the website and I can't edit substitutions on the app anymore. It pushes me to the website which freezes and doesn't let you edit for substitutions either.

This app has a LOT of issues. Crashes constantly & closes. On the rare occasion it finally opens, telling me I must log back in. The app logs me out, forcing me to log back in when it finally opens. Extremely time consuming and having to wait for the verification before I'm logged in. When adding deals for J4U deals, each time you clip a coupon, the app drops to the bottom of the list, havimg to scroll back to the top. Nothing but issues. Fix the constant log in and forced verification codes.

This app makes grocery shopping hell. Zero customer service. Glitches render app borderline unusable. Randomly removes items from cart. Randomly changes date and time of pick up. Randomly changes prices in cart. Unclips deals randomly. No substitutions for EBT, if the store misses an important item, you are forced to spend another $30 minimum to not be charged additionally, despite not being allowed substitutions. Forces you to add an additional card even if you only use one. Horrendous.
