Absolutely horrible app and equally horrible support !!!! I tried the app again, because one of the digital boxes lost WiFi connection "again" !!!!! And the box is less than 15 feet (4.5 meters) from the modem / router !!!! But the app was useless!! Fortunately, I was able to use the WPS option and I'm now connected. It's sooooo frustrating. Why did it disconnect in the 1st place? No use calling support, half the time they don't believe me, AND it takes too long to get to a "human".

Garbage App! very slow and every few weeks you need to Uninstall and Install. When working it runs okay, has a lot of good options for monitoring kids WIFI usage. You can create their profiles and add the kid's devices and then monitor. Too bad it crashes way too much for us to try anything. Has potential but NEED A TON OF IMPROVEMENT!!! TELUS, You gotta get a better app considering it's your monopoly here!!

the app functioned as expected. However, over the past few weeks, app has displayed devices and modems from other household, preventing access to my network devices. This represents a significant privacy concern, and despite prior attempts to resolve the issue, it has recurred. calling it in you get the generic response we look into it.
