Sometimes, if you click your heels and turn around three times and hope really hard, and uninstall and reinstall it to unstick whatever is causing it to not be able to do anything at all, this app does the bare minimum that you expect a voice mail app to do. More often, nothing fixes it. The *only* reason it gets more than one star is that it does theoretically work some of the time. No idea why I even bother paying for premium.

The voicemail worked as it should, for the year I've been with T-Mobile. However since the update, it has been nothing but garbage...callers aren't identified in visual voicemail, calls are duplicated in the call log and I keep getting notification of a voicemail that I cannot clear no matter how many times I delete it. Fix this thing immediately...it's the kind of think that makes a customer not want to be one anymore, especially when they're paying for service the company can no longer provide.

Edit to give less than 1 star. This app never works. For T-Mobile being such a massive company, you would think they could get competent developers.Works on and off. Every once in a while I have to uninstall and then reinstall in order to get it to sync up again. Right now, it's still not syncing after the reinstall. I assume there is a bug somewhere. I'm giving 2 stars because I've had too many problems over the last couple of years. I shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall as much as I do.
