Ratings and reviews

Hate the new update. I don't need a bunch of names of people who I'm not calling showing up when I'm trying to use the phone. Just a regular phone was perfect. All this does is introduce the possibility of errors. Additionally, Wi-Fi calling now drops out every 5 seconds or so for about 1 second, so I have to disable Wi-Fi to take a call to avoid this drops. I have been using this app for many years and it's been flawless. Suddenly I can't take calls with a phone app. Really bad guys. I'm gone.

I don't care for the changes in the user interface in the new version generally. I haven't seen anything that really seems better. And it has bugs for example to display will not sort by last name. nor will it display last name first, even though the settings are for it to do so. always opens to some filter of call record rather than the contact list. requires at least one button press, or two, to get to the contact list.

The new update is terrible! The new dial pad is much bigger and UI is spread wider apart. While the typing keyboard is smaller and more difficult to type with. An option for changing back to previous settings should be included. Previous version wasn't perfect. But it was much better than this one. I'm tech savvy. I know that the issue is in the updating programming. Restarting my phone won't fix the unwanted update to my phone. I restart it once a week / after updates. Updated rating: -3 ⭐s
