Ratings and reviews

The app is great for browsing, seeing your card, and how much you've spent for the year. It is atrocious if you are trying to search for specialized Behavioral Health Providers. They have preselected categories, which is useless if you dont need either category. If you click the search bar, now you get results for internal medicine or some other category. Calling won't answer general questions without a bunch of verification. Ultimately app is a waste

I received an email advertisement to download the app because of a feature. When I go to that feature, it never works. They have also framed in website parts to some of it and those are just a white screen. Test before releasing please - especially if you are going to send me email advertising it.

The app worked fine to begin with and now for the past 2 weeks or so it keeps saying "unable to load balance". I can't use the barcode scanner which I need the most because I don't have extra money so it's hard to know what it doesn't pay for when I get the the checkout. I've updated it, uninstalled the app, logged in and out and nothing changes.
