I couldn't redeem any of my points since I installed the app months ago, always getting server internal error, and support couldn't find what was wrong. Now they drastically reduced the value of rewards points and 100k points is equivalent to only about PHP 5,000 reward. Not that I can redeem it because of errors. Not worth it, look for a better rewarding card with a better app.

USELESS / WORST / AND VERY FRUSTRATING APP that ever created. Now that I have cashed in money into this app, what should I do since it can't transfer/send money to other e-wallets? Even if I try to transfer the cash from VYBE to BPI, it doesn't work because it says 'Something went wrong.' Then it doesn't proceed to send the OTP. This is a very frustrating app. You caused me a lot of problems today.

Worst e wallet app. I've lost Php2,000 with a transfer that confirmed it went through but the recipient was not able to get. It's slow. Getting a lot of errors when scanning QR codes and service sucks a lot. Did not even bother to respond on my queries. Better uninstall or not use at all. Your developers could have done better. not even safe to use.
