I called customer service FOUR times to help me with technical issue (app loading forever after trying to move account from old to new phone) and all they did is try to convince me the issue is from my phone and they can't do anything about it. Terrible IT management. Other than the technical app issue, they used to be better in terms of topping up balance flexibly (vs now, minimum SAR 100). If I would find an alternative, I'd 100% go for it.

It is a very nice app but will give it 1 star for their customer service. If by an error the money is not received by the seller it will turn to a nightmare: you will pay from another payment method and start follow up with them for more than a month and wait on the line for them to answer for more than 30 mins every time you call very bad customer service. They said it takes only few days for the refund and it's been more than a month now.

In this trying times, maybe your company can reconsider the transfer fee. Most of the expats are using your app, because it's convenient. Just convenient. You don't even have a good exchange rate. It's always the lowest. Some money transfer companies already have their own kiosk in which you don't have to be in line. Just a thought that maybe, you can reconsider lowering your transaction fee a bit. Thanks.
