No longer able to open links. They just look like pictures. I cleared cache and data. It worked for a day. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same thing. In order to open a link i have to go into the little "i" at the top of a message, then scroll to "view media, files, links" then find the link I was trying to click. It's a huge hassle. I've googled for hours and tried every suggestion I've found. I report this problem every time I have a link I can't click. PLEASE FIX THIS

Latest issue! Can't swipe through pics and certainly watch videos in the chat head without the entire thing freezing my screen up and the chat head crashing. It's literally one thing after another with this app. Never seen an app move backwards in quality over time like this one does. I don't mean to sound mean or critical, but I just don't understand why it's so unstable and riddled with issues that never seem to get fixed. Makes you wonder what the point of the updates is.

There were moments when the video would freeze even though both ends of the call were using wifi above 200 mbps. It frozen both video and audio. It was short lived though so not much was missed. I was watching my grandchildren experience the results of a science experiment, so it would have been nice if it hadn't glitched. Otherwise, very little lag, although there was some, but the picture was clear and the audio was decent considering three children were sometimes all talking at once.
