Ratings and reviews

The app has a good number of features. However there are some issues: 1. It takes too long to open, nearly 15-20 seconds 2. Navigation is difficult, you have to keep searching for what you need, especially in the credit card section. Expecting a much better app from ICICI hence rated 2 stars instead of 3 stars.

Once in every two weeks there's an update available for the app. Which, isn't a good thing altogether cause unless the app is updated, it won't function with the optimum speed or sometimes won't open at all. Moreover, despite proper network availability, the app sometimes just does not open. You'd think that an update is required but no, as said already, Sometimes the app just does not open. Solution?

I request to ICICI Bank and it's developers to optimize this app well and clean. It lags and stops in middle while opening it. Quick point to look. 1. Takes so much time to open. 2. Finger print lock doesn't work most of the time. At the end you should use your pin to unlock it. It works so slow even if I have a high end specs device which make it pathetic.Please make the app more faster and optimized. It takes so much time man which make me to uninstall it. Takes this review seriously ICICI.
