Stop forcing me to update when I don't want to. I was using maps when I was FORCED into a 15 minute update (even after having one last week) and went the wrong way. Had to pull over and wait forever for it to finish and was late to an appointment and got a $25 late/no show fee. I was literally using the device when you disabled my phone. Ridiculous. This makes me want to throw this phone away and switch to something else. Stop forcing unwanted and unnecessary updates on people.

My last update removed my list of favorite contacts in my phone app. That simplified accessing my most common contacts. Not Cool! On my old phone (Kyocera) I was able to program my common contacts to a direct dial by holding down a certain number on the keypad. This phone doesn't have that option. So I use my list of favorites as a direct dial option. Now It'll take 10x longer. That's if I'm not driving. This phone was a free upgrade, but I'm about to switch back.

The locking system for the Samsung Android phone is really not as efficient as it could be, the most reliable security system is the face and finger print plus the 4 different variety lock works well but on some occasions it tense to be slow and that's because their are different individuals sharing which is not unusual. I would love to see the security upgrade for the phone but since it's an old phone. it does work.
