Really good app. I love the multi- diary. You track Food intake, sleep, stool constancy, emotions, stomach/gi condition, pain, excersize. Sure the list isn't able to do some foods, but it still good enough for basic food information. I love they're resource page and multi day encouragement. And it's all free. I used to use Weight Watchers and paid a hefty sum for it. It might be more extensive , but lacks the needs for IBS sufferers. I love that the app is free for almost everything.

This app is pretty helpful. I've been searching for a decent app I can use to look up foods on the go, and then I came across this one. Though it's nice because I can look up (almost) any food any time, lots of food items are still missing. I also wish you could look up ingredients as well, such as xanthan gum. Lastly, I wish portion sizes could be added/available somewhere, because sometimes certain portions of generally high/medium fodmap foods are low fodmap in smaller servings.

The reviews mentioning that the app does not allow food pictures/logging to be done after a meal are outdated. The app seems very flexible as far as logging goes. You can even log your projected meals and then check in, noting whether or not you stuck to your plan. Love that it helps you track how you felt about the meal and any symptoms you experienced. Seems like a great app!
