I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

There are no words for the frustration of this app. Despite my phone having the fingerprint lock and selecting stay signed in, I never am. I always, ALWAYS have to sign in. And not even because it's been a few days, within 30 minutes! It shows prescriptions eligible for refill when they aren't. Thats annoying when I'm trying to make one trip and they're not all 30 days. It's said they were ready when they weren't & vice versa. Being told to use it on every possible phone menu sucks too.

I use this app often to manage coupons and it is at most 75% usable on a good day. Other times, it freezes, repeatedly forces you to sign in, repeatedly forces you to re-link your rewards card, tells you things are out of stock in list view, but the clicking on the item shows that they are in stock, and sometimes the "pickup" option is just totally missing.
