The app sucks as does support. My app only records trips about once a month (and I drive almost every day). Tech support just keeps telling me to do the same things over and over (check your phone permissions, update the app...blah, blah, blah). I did all of it. App still doesn't work, so I no longer get my discount because they can't fix their app.

ok things are or were working. a change in policy may have blocked rides but magically when the date that my new cards became effective it started to record.. or at least for a week. but it looks like it's stopped again. and even when it was working it was sporadic. 2 hour trip not recorded but short trip on same day after the 2 hour trip was . then the 2 hours back was not recorded. I only have 7 recorded trips when I should have about twice that. so I give it 2 stars since it recorded some

Hi, have you tried the App Diagnostics tool? Tap Profile & Settings, Drivewise, then App Diagnostics. If that doesn’t fix it, please email us at MobileAppSupport@allstate.com. Provide your name, policy number and contact info.

Drivewise... "Something went wrong. Route details not available" This error pops up on all trips. It began to occur about 6 weeks ago. I've Un-installed and Re-installed multiple times. It used to be good and very reliable. Completed all suggestions. Contacted CS. Problem remains unresolved. And now the error has changed to, "There was a change with your device." Come on folks, get this fixed...
