you never have enough drivers so the app always asks if you want to pay 30-40% more on a ride so you can "get priority" if you choose not to do this abusive solution, you never get a driver. If you choose to succumb to their exploration, you still have to wait 10-15min for a driver. it's ridiculous. I'm changing to Indrive. cheaper and faster service.

Drivers are unwilling to take low-distance rides. Since they allowed a lot of different price ranges for the rides, the time to get a driver has increased. Awful. Most importantly, you don't get a costumer channel anymore. It seems everything is run out by chatbots with rehearsed responses that do not solve your problem. never again. I'd rather get a taxi or a bus

Long time user. [excited] App to center focus on where I need to move to, instead of the route of the driver to pick me up is infuriating. mildly better, but not really. Please fix. New issue is the default tip buttons. I take Uber every day back and forth to work. I tip $1 each way, as it's a short ride, and that's what I can afford 2x a day over the going rate. Why do the quick press buttons all of a sudden default to $2? Inconvenient, and I can't afford
