FIX YOUR APP!! Everytime an ad finishes, the movie I'm watching goes into an infinite buffer state and fails to load, making me back out of the movie. When I go to resume, it forces me back into an ad and the cycle continues. I'll have to keep doing that until I finally don't get an ad upon resuming. After having to see the same ad 20 times in a row when I'm just trying to resume my movie, it makes me all of a sudden not wanna watch the movie anymore. I'm done paying for this junk.

Ads are out of control. I come back to see if they've learned every once in while but apparently not. I think its actually worse. The app loads but constantly refuses to continue playing where I left off. So I have to watch a minute of ads when I restart and then another minute at least of ads when I skip ahead, then half the time I'm less than 2 minutes of play time from another 2 minutes of ads. So less than 5 minutes of content and at least 5 minutes of ads. I'm done. Prime is canceled.

The app keeps freezing, audio going while the picture is frozen constantly! Very annoying. Edit: it's been a few years and this app is progressively getting worse, now when I try to watch the new it show, descriptive video is on and it will not turn off! Even when I turn it off myself, I used to have to turn it on and then turn it back off, but now that's not even working. So I either have to watch this show with descriptive video on, or not at all.
