Ratings and reviews

The company is worth billions, how about they invest some of that into creating an app that works. Slow to open, slow to load content, slow to cast - could learn a thing or two from Tubi, which is free. and the ads, soooo many ads now, what are we even paying for! 🙄 only got it again because I wanted to order something on Amazon and they had a 3 month deal - will be gone when they're up suuuucks...!!!

Such a raw product! Which is surprising, given the company's resources. Numerous bugs and just blunt oversights. I hope they will do something about it, and soon - because the selection is good and it would be the shame otherwise... Update 02/2023: all they have done is added commercials. To the paid product. Applause! Update 01/2026: years gone by but app still doesn't have subtitles settings and won't sync automatically across platforms.

Ads are out of control. I come back to see if they've learned every once in while but apparently not. I think its actually worse. The app loads but constantly refuses to continue playing where I left off. So I have to watch a minute of ads when I restart and then another minute at least of ads when I skip ahead, then half the time I'm less than 2 minutes of play time from another 2 minutes of ads. So less than 5 minutes of content and at least 5 minutes of ads. I'm done. Prime is canceled.
