The app itself is pretty good but I feel like the workouts, especially the full body ones, are not that thought through. They place way too much emphasis on the legs (many "full body" workouts are literally like 50% leg exercises) and the order in which you're supposed to do the exercises often doesn't make much sense either.

I was so happy about this app at first, as someone who wasn't fit at all, working through the easy couse was great - I only had to substitute push-ups with push-ups on the knees. Halfway through the middle-course it's close to impossible to keep up with the tempo this app thinks I build muscle mass! It's a great to work with your own body weight, but unproportional harder for those heavier like me. I whished there was an option to substitute exercises with easier versions, it's so frustrating.

I love the fact that there are lots of different exercises on each day and each section, it starts off with easy and then it becomes harder the more you practice. However I don't like the fact that constant ads randomly pop up when you are trying to complete your workout. But overall, it's a good habit to perform 😁
