Just perfect. Smart and with many options for all different physical health goals and fitness levels. With its coach offering you alternative workouts in case any day you cannot run, you dont have equipment, you dont have space or you dont have time, you wont have any more excuses to skip any workout. Me, as being a frequent traveller and adventurer, this app is the best it could happen to my physical health and fitness.

I like this app very much, but I didn't gove the maximal score because: 1) when you play a video, the music that you are playing pauses (obviously) however when the video is finished, it remains paused. This mens that you have to pause mid-session to go to e.g. Spotify to play the music, this is unnecessary and very annoying. 2) Say you train home (no equipment is available) & gim (you can use pull up bar, etc). Once you decide what you habe available, this cannot be changed.

Interface and routines, especially video tutorials and "journey" to reach goals are great. However "coach" becomes way too hard too quickly. 1st day was good. 2nd day-a six-step choreographed exercise - while holding a weight over your head. Too difficult to master for a beginner. Workout was frustrating and unmotivational. 3rd day - couldn't complete routines. Too much too soon. So far, each day is more frustrating. It's only for experts who have strength and experience in my opinion.

Hi Ben and thank you for this evaluation! (However, we do offer training journeys designed for beginners and Free Athletes with a lower fitness level.) Have you tried the "Start Smart" journey?
