About this app

For your devices and items
• View your phone, tablet, headphones, and other accessories on a map–even if they’re offline.
• Play a sound to locate your lost device if it’s nearby.
• If you’ve lost a device, you can remotely secure or erase it. You can also add a custom message to display on the lock screen in case someone finds your device.
• Find your devices and items on Mobile and supported Wear OS devices.
• All location data in the Find Hub network is encrypted. This location data is not visible even to Google.

For location sharing
• Share your live location to coordinate a meetup with a friend or check on family to make sure they got home safe.

Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't update the locations when you click the refresh. It will have devices (pixel earbuds, tracking tags) on and right beside my phone while the app is open and still won't update their locations. The locations can be days or even weeks without an update. I even updated my ear buds location on the Google find hub website which worked instantly, and this app still hasn't updated their location since 6/21, two days ago.

Ruined with update. FMD now opens Google maps in driving mode automatically. This is a change in behaviour and ruins it. Previously it opened with a map pin (which is often all you need to see where something is). Now you can't get a pin and worse it tries to drive there. There's no way to see where something is. Tracking through an airport I've had a huge delay while it tries and fails to plot a 6,000 mile drive. Same hiking.

it's time I say wat I think of this app.....it's one of those apps that promises a lot but delivers very little. for example, I'm sick of seeing my device keep showing up as the model number version as well as my named version I created in settings. it's stupid a hell to show same device as two different devices. don't u think that is counter productive? if ur gonna keep this redundant format at least show us the damn last few numbers of imei along with it so I don't think it's someone else!!
