Ratings and reviews

Automations have not been running on time since the February 17, 2026 update. The first automation/routine of the day will play when it's supposed to, but then anything else during the day will be up to 5 min late, and never on time. When I checked the activity log, it lines up exactly with Feb 17 being the first day things started running out of sync. It hasn't worked properly since, even with trying to re-save the impacted automations. I miss Google Assistant.

The layout is too cluttered. It's a bunch of video feed and buttons. It's cold, plain, and boring. Yes you can customize your favorites, but it's all still visually jumbled together. I preferred the look and feel of the old Nest app, it was warm, simple, organized, and fun.

can't wait to get my teeth into the new automation features. sadly it's so inconsistent at the moment I can rarely even see my Device, let alone start to set up automations. I just get the spinning wheel or nothing happens. sometimes Reboot fixes it. sometimes being off WiFi? it's really odd. it's like it's constantly trying to refresh the device list and just gets stuck. please please please fix this if possible! Google pixel 9 phone running latest version of android. happy to email screenshots
