EVERY TIME I listen to music and I go to check any messages, emails, or any app, including amazon Prime for my deliveries, it completely stops my music. I go back to the amazon music app, and it's a black screen. I can't even press play to resume my music. I have to start all over again and skip through every song that I just listened to to get to where I left off. I absolutely HATE it! It's up to date, cache cleared, I force stop the app, I do everything troubleshooting, and it still does it!!!

Running in my car, Amazon music shows my playlist titles, but when you try to play one, Amazon music plays whatever the heck it likes, including songs I've never heard of - certainly not the playlist. Uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix it. Ask it to play an artist, and you might get 2 songs before it plays something entirely different too.

when I first downloaded this even with no membership it didn't have ads or limitations, and prime membership gave you music unlimited but now you have to pay for it all , it's all just a money grab lastly on occasions they'll remove certain songs that I have already paid for from my library , amongst so many other technical issues and app errors I just can't take it anymore ....... it's unacceptable ..... definitely installing
