Ratings and reviews

Google is a good app. A good and reliable search engine with many websites to visit. However, there are some "interesting" images which children can access which I suggest should be only accessible to specific people or just block them. I do like the way that if you search up (I'll use searching up how to make a bomb as an example.) If you search up how to make a bomb, it alerts an authority about it and gets you in trouble. This feature makes me feel more safe. Overall, a good search engine!

Seriously need to fix the damn voice search. Not once that I have ever used it for finding a song has it ever been helpful it can never actually find the song despite me playing an actual but of the song. It's basically just taking up space in my phone for no reason. and at that I've tried among multiple phones and never has it worked so that means you guys as the Google team have messed up some how. Would love for that to be fixed before I lose my mind.

Very disappointing support experience. My account was hacked, and even though I have my phone number linked and tried account recovery multiple times, there is still no solution. The hacker added Family Link / parental controls, which completely locked me out, yet Google support was not able to help at all. Recovery options are very limited and mostly automated, with no real assistance for serious cases like this. I expected better protection and support for account security issues.
