I bought the Amazon Prime membership in January when it was completely ad-free. At that time, the experience was smooth and worth the money. But suddenly, Amazon started forcing ads even for paid members. Now, a single video shows 3-4 long ads of 2–3 minutes each. This is extremely frustrating. Why should we watch ads when we are already paying the full price? If ad-free viewing now requires extra money, then what is the use of the original Prime membership? This feels like cheating customers.

First of all sound quality, one of the worst OTT platforms i have ever seen. there is no auto play option. Audio not at all loud. we need to play with speakers to hear well. All good movies that have recently added can't watch with prime membership and one has to rent the same. then what is the need of Prime. Next is putting advertisements during shows irritates the overall experience of watching the movie or series.Then to skip it you are asking again to pay a higher price.

I'm writing to express my frustration with the Prime app, which I've been experiencing issues with for over 6 months. The app consistently closes automatically, disrupting my usage. To resolve this, I've had to repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the app, which is inconvenient and frustrating. I urge you to look into this matter and provide a solution to fix the app's stability issues.
