Ratings and reviews

I do not receive notifications or calls half the time. Sometimes I receive a "missed call" notification 5 minute later even though I have all notifications enabled and I even tried a factory reset. I see so many other reviews about this issue, it's ridiculous: a video calling app that doesn't receive calls. And the audio constantly cuts out if you make even the smallest sound. Use literally any other video calling app, Meet is not it 👎

Great app but: 1. For some reason the app uses so much battery to the level of making the phone slow charge or not charge at all even when using the phone's official fast charger. Sometimes charging the phone doesn't stop the percentage from decreasing! 2. Because of the high battery consumption the phone temperature reaches up to 43 degrees in a normal room temperature!! 3. The app cut the audio from some participants just because there is some background noise on other

I prefer Android but Apple does FaceTime right and Google does not. This app always makes my pixel 6 too hot and I get a "need to cool down" error. Audio is really bad, sounds like the software is constantly trying to decide what is a human voice but it does a poor job of this. Video quality is typically poor. Other apps get better audio and video for what I feel like is much less processing power. Cell data experience is awful.
