Highly disappointed!!!! You can never rely on them for a getting a cab on time . I had to wait for 1.5hrs for getting a cab and guess what? All the drivers ended up cancelling for almost 6 times!! I literally downloaded a different cab booking app and was smoothly able to book one in first go itself. Plus the rates were much cheaper. Never using this app again.

It is ok. It jumps around on pricing to much for my taste. Just today it took over 12 minutes (I timed it) to tell me that all cars were busy. And I could have lived with that. If it didn't jump from 13 dollars to 38 like I canceled the bloody ride! The pricing can go between 9 to 13 which I can live with. But it cancels its self and then I have to pay like I'm reserving a lift!

Ads on delivery tracker screen, at least before your food is ready for pickup. Even with "free delivery" you end up paying 2+ dollars above the cost of your order (which i assume has inflated prices but idk). Even if delivery isn't free you still add the $2+. What used to be standard for delivery before Uber/Skip (driver was only dealing with 1 order at a time) is considered "premium" and costs extra. And it defaults to tipping before you can even finish your order or see who your driver is.
