It's great when the restaurant doesn't mess up my order!! Could be cheaper, too, but I don't think they'd change the prices anyway. I use this app a lot for over a year now and the customer service has always been amazing, however i think that the only issue is from restaurants and sometimes bad delivery drivers, other than that the app is amazing.

A promo rate discount was not correctly applied to my order by the app. Tech support was less than useful without a screenshot of the promo applied. I had another similar promo available to me and sent them that screenshot with the terms. They refused to apply it manually to my oder. I complained before, during and after my order, speaking with several support agents, none could correct the issue. To add insult to injury, my final total was adjusted up by another $10.

Never order groceries from Uber eats. If items are missing/incorrectly marked by delivery person, then help agent will keep saying that the receipt is still being uploaded to cloud and will be able to help after the receipt is uploaded. If you contact after 48 hours, then they say it is too late. Have to keep tracking the charges on credit card as I have instances of incorrect amount charged. Too much hassle. Easier to just go in person or (worst case) use a different app.
