Ratings and reviews

The app is getting worse and worse. It was good somtime before. This is what happens: It is very slow, and the wrong options open while I am trying to click somewhere. Also, I do not like at all the option for "my location" when requesting a ride. I only have 1 location option. It tells me that it is mine, and well, I'm going to trust the app and click okay, and apparently it turns out to be wrong and the driver ends up leaving and I get charged a fee. The pickup location had become a hassle.

When the drivers who accept the ride request actually show up, it's great. Often, in my experience, a driver accepts and then moves further away or doesn't move at all or 10 minutes go by, and no one picks up the ride, but you are charged. The app makes it very confusing to cancel, and then it starts trying again and no one picks up.

Some areas for improvement: The tipping driver function doesn't always work as intended. Meaning tips to drivers are received quickly, very slowly, or not at all. When a driver is allocated, the tracking will disappear and reapear, two to three times, during the same trip. The rating system for drivers also will appear late, or not at all, after a trip is completed. This doesn't take away from the many positives this app brings to customers. Just a few issues to improve.
