Ratings and reviews

Crashes a lot. Videos can play just fine but I can't go into my account without freezing. Navigating everything else but the music consistently fails and causes me to reboot. Doesn't always work. It has happened across multiple phones through the years. 23 a month for the family though, can't knock that part. Although, it was way cheaper back when mp3 players were a thing...hmmm

12.27.25 STILL CRASHING!!! it's been a month now, I don't want AI features, I want the app to work! I want my queue! for the past month or so, anytime I have more than 30 videos in my queue, the app decides to crash. I can't save my queue as a playlist, I have to force stop the app, and then in another hour, I have to force stop it again. I've had premium for the past 4 years because I listen to videos and learn new art techniques or what's going on in the world. it's a daily thing. fix it!

I've been using this app for well over 12 years. I absolutely love YouTube! The only thing I would say they need to work on is the algorithm with the shorts. I constantly see the same shorts over & over again. Also when you block or don't want to see a certain channel for whatever reason it doesn't work & within a week I'll see the same channel that I blocked. Those 2 things need to be worked on & this is coming from somebody who is on YouTube every day all day & I even have him play all night
