This is a nice app, but I started having issues after updating it. I cant log in. They keep requesting for OTP sent within 30s. And the otp will arrive in nothing less than 20-30 minutes. This is the state i am. In some other apps, they provide for other methods to send in the otp. But this app has only one means.

I have no issue with the app. My only problem is, why is it only showing outgoing transactions in the notification? For instance, if someone send money to me, I won't see the receipt or any proof. The only transaction receipt is the one I sent out. Something should be done about that. I've contacted customer support several times on this issue, no response.

I can't do anything on the app, following someone's response on the review section, I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it. Still the same response "cannot respond to your response due to system error" same thing even on the previous app, it's frustrating. I contacted assist@ecobank and the AI says wait to connect you to a superior but nothing. This is annoying.
