Ratings and reviews

I have experienced repeated issues with missing items in my recent orders. Yesterday, my order was missing a drink. When I reported it, I was informed that it was not eligible for a refund. I contacted customer service but did not receive a response. The automated chat system provided identical, unhelpful replies. Today, the same issue occurred. I am paying a 30% service fee for a bad service... Not worth it!

Estimated delivery time is consistently wrong. If the app says 15 mins, allow a minimum 30 minutes. It's got to point that it is difficult to see what value UberEats is providing. You pay more for the items than the restaurant charges, you pay for delivery, and get it in the same time as the restaurant will deliver. Drivers are quick to accept your order, but if the food isn't ready then second they arrive, they cancel your pick up and you're left waiting.

Absolute worst. Scammers. I applied promotion codes on my account, app said the code was correct and I will have discounts applied on the next order. I go to checkout, try to order with the discount, it says "Cant apply the discount". Then all my discounts became lost forever and I could not get them again. This doesnt only happen to me, I looked on the internet and many people are complaining about the same thing. Use every alternative thats not UberEats
