Deco hardware functions well on the whole, but the app makes everything fall apart. It is generally slow, but more importantly there is a fundamental issue with the client list. The list is never fully correct: some devices that have been off for hours still show as connected, and other devices do not show in the list at all when their internet is working perfectly fine. Worst of all, trying to refresh the list will frequently just crash the router and cause a hard reboot. Simply unacceptable.

Lowered my rating to 1 star. Very frustrating app to use with lots of issues. After the last update, I was unable to access the parental controls I had setup for over 2 years. It kept asking me to subscribe to something I was already paying for. I had to create a whole new profile. Once I did that and set a bedtime, it would block the devices before the time I had set. After trying to fix myself, I had to change the setting from everyday to custom days with set times for each day. So stupid!

The Deco system is so easy to set up and I have very reliable connections throughout my entire home. The app has several great features and makes it easy to see who's online. I can assign priority status to the most important devices, of which my Deco can accommodate a whopping 200. Each unit has three cat cable connectors for devices that either didn't have WiFi capabilities or for things like a smart TV, which you want the fastest connection possible. And the range is very impressive.
