Someone would have to work really hard for a router app to be worse. Connection failures. Half the time changes to settings fail to save. There is no option to configure router directly from a browser and the IP address, so you're stuck using this bad app to try and change anything (which may or may not work). Really a poorly designed system. The last TP-Link product I will ever buy

I got the Deco-X55 mesh routers and was really excited to set them up. I read that web interfaces were rolling out for them, and this app is exactly why they are necessary - but the web interface is extremely limited. App is slow. It can't manage tokens and constantly has hangs, especially when minimizing the app. The interface is cloogy, advanced settings are burried and hard to work with. Port mapping and ip reservations take forever to configure. Hubs constantly lose connection.

Cannot even get the devices set up. Using Starlink with an ethernet adapter to connect to a brand new set of Deco XE75's. Internet from Starlink works as expected. Walk through the setup process in the app multiple times changing the devices, ethernet cables, location, etc., and still, the app says it cannot find the Deco even when it finds them in the network list. Customer service is one email at day at best and ask me questions about things I've already explained.
