It is very difficult to get in contact with Uber Eats unless your question is related to your order. I have been having app issues since I started paying Uber One. I am unable to add notes to any order. I used to think it was removed from the app. But no, it was just simply removed from my account. I checked my partner's account, and she is still able to add notes. So why am I not able to add notes? Especially being an Uber One member. To me, there's no point in paying for Uber One.

I used this app for a long time, and day by day is worse. The biggest problem is the help centre ( if it exists ) if you order something in the grocery and they replace the item, even if you said u don't want (because the appgive you that choice), if that wrong item is delivered to you they will not give you back the money for the one your ordered.Instead, when you try to speak to them, they keep sending you the same template reply to avoid any refund. Worst customer service ever.

Absolutely rubbish app to use. The poor drivers 😢 , how does a rubbish system like uber even survive and work??? Wow!! I use just eat and no problems, pressure or issues. I use uber and pow straight away I have an issue 🙃. No door number on the app where my address is ment to be. How stupid and frustrating is that?? VERY!! Your lucky to get just the 1 star........ The driver was friendly and tried his best, the driver gets a 10/10 rating. Absolutely perfect, no issues with the driver. Thank u
