Quite a poorly designed app, even simple thing as forgot password doesn't work at all, you will not receive the temporary ID and password and you must call the customer service just to get it. Since 2024 it's been like that and I'm using the latest android version so it's impossible that it's my phone that's the issue, it's your application itself. Appreciate if the team could expedite the fix, quite a nuisance for customers.

Standard Chartered service is beyond horrendous! I was calling from overseas, spending almost a hundred dollars on phone credits trying to get ahold of staff to help with my debit card issues because the in app services are non-functional! Guess what? Nothing got resolved because I kept getting transferred to "relevant" agents/staff while spending most of the time waiting on the line while my phone's credit was getting deducted like there's no tomorrow! I won't use this bank again in the future!

Screwed up again. Over the weekend the app interface changed and they reset all my credit card limits to it's MAX limit without any intimation. The new limits don't seem to work that well. Last few days have not been able to do any payment that requires a PIN and only god knows why. Random tap failures when using Google wallet. Resetting the PIN didn't help. Quite a pain in the back when it's the only credit card you have. Sluggish UI to add to the list
