I delete books from my wishlist, and a few days later, they show back up. I even tried removing them through the desktop, and they keep coming back. Update: I have signed out, deleted, and reloaded the app, and books still keep reappearing in my wishlist every few days. Even after the most recent update, I'm still having the same problem, and now it is worse. If I try to look at all books by an author or in a series, I get every book in the B&N catalog.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Try signing out, then back into your NOOK Account in the app. Tap Account in the bottom right corner on the navigation bar. Tap "Sign Out" and confirm. If issue continues, uninstall/reinstall the app or contact service@bn.com with the details for further assistance.

Horrible customer service. You have to keep repeating the same information over and over and over with the ultimate solution being uninstall the app and reinstall it. Mind you when you do that you lose any and all organization you may have for you reading material. Felt like nobody was actually listening to what I was saying. They were hearing but not listening. Sad. B&N used to have awesome service.

WHY does the book always have to "load" every time I open it in the app? It just sits there frozen with a timewheel circling and circling before I can turn the page. And you know which feature I love? The ability to follow my favorite authors and get alerts when they release a new book or one of their books goes on sale. But that's not a feature this outdated app offers. This is something the Kindle app offers. I'm trying to stay loyal to BN, but man, yall are making it hard to.
