Disappointed with the recent experience. The app had great promotions, but when I attempt to redeem them, they're not available—no plan B offered. To cap it all, the app is very slow, freezing during use, and there's no response from customer support after I complained about the problems. They just said to send proof, and I did, but then nothing has changed. As a frequent user, this is infuriating. Wishing the team resolves the bugs, upholds advertised offers, and enhances communication soon.

Do not use this app for delivery. Very poor service. Chose express delivery (same day delivery) but item was not delivered. No update in-app. I made a complaint the day after and they said the driver cancelled it. But app did not update. They said they will rebook the next day. The next day 5 different Grab drivers messaged me because they are trying to pick-up the items but Watsons will not answer them. Literally 5 different drivers! On top of all this, no refund was issued worth 2k++.

Ordered some prescribed medication and it's urgent though I cancel it already and I also email customer service, and chat support. I rcvd confirmation for cancelation but still the items still delivered. No options for cancelation once you check out the items. Poor customer service
