Absolutely horrible app and service. First they don't even let you login using your existing credentials, and when you try to reset your password, the app just freezes and just show a white page. I have not been able to use this app since. Absolutely Pathetic. Also i tried to reset my password from web browser because i couldn't login and the same thing happened.

Seriously, who in the world forces you to change your password by making you go through “Forgot Username or Password”? Like, come on — I know my password! Just let me change it directly or at least give me an option to extend it. This is beyond annoying. And I am writing the review for 2.8 star app. 😅

Worst experience than other bank's mobile banking service. Feel frustation upon doing transaction through mobile app.
