most bugs have been fixed but the QR payment is just too slow and keeps getting worse. it now takes over 30 secs for the payment to go through which makes it awkward when the cashier and the whole queue keep looking at you and wondering what you're doing. all other banks are instant, even overseas banks..

The worst home banking app in Thailand. Slow, not user friendly and the face recognition scan system is really bad.

Terrible. I had an application SSHelper, that I sometimes use to sync files to my phone over the network..some moron at UOB decided that I can not use their app when that app is installed...not even running. Now they also want me to change the name my phone is registered under. I have been using this phone number for almost 30 years, it is registered under my wife name... now it has to be registered under my name or I will not be able to use their app. Are they trying to annoy their customers?
