I have security concerns with this app. Why am I seeing my dashboard even without logging in? Ecobank, there should be a user authentication before the dashboard is displayed. Also, you can use this app on multiple devices without it detecting that. The app should take care of this. Either allow one device at a time or have an option to make a secondary device. Every other feature works fine for me, but if the app is not secure enough, of what use are the other features? Please fix this!

The app is actually good, very convenient but my only issue currently is with ordering of the virtual card. The app hangs sends me back to the funding page after I tap on the button to create the card. Initially it started with process of creating the card where it funds checking but got stuck on creating card then hanged and sent me back to the funding page again. Kindly check what it is and resolve it asap

Since i registered an Ecobank account. I always feel bad after trying to open an Ecobank Mobile App. I dawnloaded the app and also updated it. But it's very difficult to register. After filling the forms. It will show network error. The thing don tire me. Ecobank pls do something about it. Because i think it might be affecting other customers. I'd be anticipating your response. Thank you.
