We booked courier service from Porter. Horrible experience! Although we had added the package size in the app, they were sending two wheelers for pick-up. This happened 2 times before they were able to send a 3 wheeler which could fit the package. Additionally, they cancelled the order without informing and now the package is lying in their hub without any resolution. Plus there is no number where you can talk and get issues resolved immediately, always a callback. Bit more than they can chew!

Unreliable. Sent a courier which was not delivered to receiver and they did not bother even to call and it is dispatched back to sender based on status in app. When enquired with customer care, they too don't know what's the status. Not reliable service.

I tried to check the pricing, but it booked without payment. Driver immediately called, saying I had the booking. I told him I was just checking the price and wasn't ready to load the items. He offered to wait, so I agreed. When he arrived, he said waiting time would be charged since I had booked an hour ago. This made me rush to load the items, causing me harassment. Even though I had prepared earlier, he still made me rush. The auto-booking system, even when just checking the price, is bad.
