To start earning money, all you need is a smartphone and a mode of transportation, such as a car, bike, scooter, or motorcycle. We’ll take care of everything else!

Ratings and reviews

the app itself sucks. Very slow as you have to confirm a lot. The in app map does not allow you to view the route or choose a different route before you start. And if you try to change the settings to open to a different app (which they make kind of tricky to do), it will often load the incorrect address so that you have no choice but to use the in app option. Always have to refresh the app, too, after a job to see the updated earnings. I really wish they would fix some of the many bugs on here.

Honestly, I hate the updated maps. As a visual person, the new maps were not helping it was really annoying the way in which it tells you to go. Especially during the nighttime, it doesn't pinpoint the house but rather in the street, which has me playing hide-n-seek to find the house. The other version was accurate and much better for me personally. Is there a way to change to the old one??

Absolute rubbish. For the last several months, there has been a glitch that makes the "Dash Now" button disappear in whatever zone I have a *pre-scheduled* Dash in. None of the fixes work, nor a reinstall. The only choice is to delete my Dash, and then I don't get to work at all because all slots are filled. With as much advantage as you are taking of drivers and customers alike, there is absolutely no excuse for this disgrace of an app, nor how long technical issues are ignored.
