Why is the UI effectively frozen while my PC Optimum balance loads? I want to buy gas, nothing more. Don't slow down the process of paying for gas slower than this app already is. Selecting a pump and paying with the old app was a quick 2 steps, and now it's a painful 4 or 5. I've installed Journie Rewards. No pay-at-the-pump but I collect Aeroplan miles. Terrible execution of this app's rollout. Many lost customers, me included. Don't tell me to email my feedback in. I've provided it here.

With the new app, I just noticed on my credit bill that the app double dip on my most recent fuel up and charged me twice for the same transaction, it caught my attention as my car's tank cannot possibly take 230 dollar worth of gas, i look back on the details and noticed i was charged twice of the exact same amount and volume, how is that kind of glitch even allowed to happen, for those would didn't pay attention, God knows how often this went unnoticed behind the scene

The older Speedpass app was much better. This app is slower, has a worse UI and most importantly, still doesn't allow for adding gift cards or gas savings cards. It makes no sense that you discontinued the Speedpass app and replaced it with such a terrible alternative. I suppose when you are already able to gouge people to earn 82 billion dollars a year, you don't really need to try and have a positive customer experience.
