Ratings and reviews

This app sucks, it won't give you any option to change delivery address or cancel order , and when u will contact their customer service they sucks, not at all helpfull and fraudsters, they took so much time to check and at the end said it's time out we can't do anything, and not even connected me to supervisor, though I hv gold membership still m here so think before using this app. Go for Swiggy with no doubt, they are kind and really helpful and their app is userfriendly too and gives options

Order at risk of cancellation. Yes. That's how Zomato works. You order through them and then there is a high probability that after wasting an hour of your time they will just cancel the order. Moreover if you try to connect with the restaurants directly from the numbers provided if the app - all are non existent. The only support is the chat system but that too is run by bots which doesn't actually solve any issues. So basically you pay them, then after 2-3 hours you get the money back .

Food items in menu are exorbitantly expensive in zomato than actual restaurants menu card. Zomato gives discounts that are useless when compared while ordering directly from restaurants. Zomato gold is even a gimmick. Only one positive is delivery is on time but that doesn't mean to loot customers. It was a well deserved app in its initial days due to which I was happy to get gold. But now they are more money minded than customer satisfaction.
