I've used this expensively over the years, but lately, each update has made the app more and more inefficient. Where is my electronic card - the single most important item for checking out and it's either not there or buried so obscure that neither I nor the store clerk can find it! Today, I wanted to check coupons, but 75% of the screen is a fixed Welcome note! The space at the bottom has the task bar, which is not movable! I can see 1 line of coupon! Fix it!

Why even bother having an app at this point? There are various buggy things that crop up off and on - some new, some old. My current problem is trying to upload a photo to print. Everytime I try to walk thru the steps on the app to upload a photo, I get the login prompt, get a code sent to email and login. Then I go attempt to upload the photo again and get the same login prompt to do it all over again, like I'm stuck in a Groundhog Day loop, never accomplishing anything.

App routinely glitches. It has been this way for years. There is a new update every week. I can't select store pick up while shopping through the app, it just keeps taking me back to select a store. It's frustrating because I want to filter the items to just what is available in the store. It's crazy that such a well known store has such a terrible app.

- Eligible Caremark members can now view prior authorization status and find in-network pharmacies directly within the Benefits tab.
