I like the app it makes it super easy to pay your bill and to receive your insurance card if you need it right away. But one problem is when I pay it before hand like a few days before it still doesn't come out until my pay date. I would like for it to take out the day I submit or at least the next day besides it being the weekend. Other than that, great insurance company I've been with them for over 3 yrs now.

I pay my homeowners and umbrella annually, my auto, every 6 months. I'd LOVE it if your app allowed payment choices: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual. When I tried to pay the full amount of my auto, it took a much smaller payment and wouldn't let me change it. Oh, and every time I use it, it asks me to update the app. When I try, there's NO update thtough Google Play.

Excruciating experience to try to file a claim. I got my claim to (mostly) save... I think... piecemeal. Had to re-enter some data (e.g. the accident description) at least 4 times as progress was lost repeatedly. Only some photos saved. I spent about an hour trying to enter/re-enter text and attach/re-attach photos for a claim. User experience was horrible; what should have been a simple task was confusing and the application didn't work properly. Spelling errors to boot!
